Original Art: All sales are final. ​ Art Prints: We do not offer refunds, however you can return an Art Print for an exchange only. Please let us know within 7 calendar days after receiving the item. You must ship the item back within 14 days. If you haven't contacted us in 7 calendar days since receiving the item, and haven't shipped the item within 14 days, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. ​ A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied for all. Art Print Exchanges: You will be responsible for paying the difference and shipping cost. The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: Product must be in original packaging. Product must not be damaged. Proof of purchase: we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange. Sale and clearance items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to re-sell the item, then we may reject an exchange. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Custom commissions are final and not returnable. Each piece is made by hand, and countless hours are spent making each custom creation, so we respectfully decline to issue a refund on custom orders.

All reproductions are printed to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for us to carefully print and package your piece when it is ordered. International buyers, please note that there may be additional border fees, duties, and handling fees that may be charged by other countries. If there is any difference in the amount you were charged, I will contact you and let you know.

Print Material: All prints are made with archival ink on Moab Entrada 100% Cotton Rag Fine Art paper. Each is signed on the lower right-hand corner by the artist Print Dimensions: Prints will include a 1" border which allows you to mat. The painting's dimension is the number shown on the drop-down menu of the product page. The total dimension is the result of adding 1" to each side. For instance, an 8"x10" has a total dimension of 10"x12" This would allow the art to sit nicely within an 8"x10" mat opening. Please use acid-free archival tape to adhere the painting to the mat. Image Quality: The reproduction image is scanned for optimal resolution and intentionally captures the original textures. The effect is a more original-looking print. As the size of the print increases, so will the appearance of texture. The sizes listed are the largest sizes I am able to create each print respectively. Image quality and delicacy of the details are very important for me to maintain in my work. Color: Please note that color varies from computer screen to computer screen. Color is represented as accurately as possible.
