Shipping & Handling

  • Once an order is submitted, we begin processing as quickly as possible. Orders processing time is between 1 - 3 weeks given the handmade nature of the product, both domestic and international. Custom orders may take longer -- We will give you an estimated shipping time if longer than 10 business days.

  • All orders will be shipped to the shipping address field when completing your order, NOT PayPal or your credit card billing address.

  • ****NOTE to INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, please do not confuse these for additional shipping charges. Please include your phone number during checkout in case Customs needs to contact you.


Original Art: All sales are final. 

Art Prints: We do not offer refunds, however you can return an Art Print for an exchange only. Please let us know within 7 calendar days after receiving the item. You must ship the item back within 14 days. If you haven't contacted us in  7 calendar days since receiving the item,  and haven't shipped the item within 14 days, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. 

  • A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied for all. 

  • Art Print Exchanges: You will be responsible for paying the difference and shipping cost. 

    • The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

      • Product must be in original packaging.

      • Product must not be damaged.

      • Proof of purchase: we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

      • Sale and clearance items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

      • You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to re-sell the item, then we may reject an exchange. 

      • In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.

  • Custom commissions are final and not returnable. Each piece is made by hand, and countless hours are spent making each custom creation, so we respectfully decline to issue a refund on custom orders.
